Our order flow is set up to reduce back-and-forth and catch fitment issues early. For most projects, the process begins with vehicle data and product direction, then moves into quotation, confirmation, production, and shipping.

Fitment is the most important part of a custom car mat order. Even when two vehicles have similar names, the floor shape may differ by generation, region, trim, seat layout, or drive side. That is why we always recommend confirming fitment before production.

Different buyers prefer different surfaces. Some want easy-clean all-weather protection. Others want layered styling or a softer step feel. On the reference supplier side, commonly listed mat materials include TPE, PVC, and EVA.

For smoother approval, prepare your artwork in clean vector format when possible and let us know where the logo should appear: heel pad area, side badge, edge plate, trunk mat corner, packaging insert, or outer box.

Most custom-fit mats install quickly, but correct placement still matters. Before fitting the new set, remove any old loose mats, clean the floor surface, and check that the driver area is clear around the pedals.

Regular cleaning helps keep the mats looking sharp and makes long-term use easier. For everyday maintenance, remove loose dirt first, then wipe, rinse, or wash based on the material type.

Shipping timelines depend on order size, destination, production queue, and packaging requirements. Custom logo projects or mixed-model orders usually take longer than standard stock-ready selections.

If your shipment includes multiple vehicle models, it is helpful to confirm the packing breakdown in advance. That makes receiving and warehouse checking much easier after arrival.

If there is a fitment concern, contact support with your order reference, vehicle details, and clear photos. The fastest way to review a problem is to show the overall installed view plus close-up photos of the area that does not sit correctly.
